Fan project
Team Simulation is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what our content is about.
Our content
Team Simulation's characters (Dee Nice, Chip, Insane), their cars, The Shed, Eastside, and our artwork, writing, and guides are original works owned by The Shed Studio. Don't republish or resell them without permission. Sharing links is always welcome.
Guides
Our guides are for entertainment and general information. Games change through patches and updates, so we update guides when we can, but we can't guarantee every detail stays accurate. Digital guide purchases are final unless the law where you live says otherwise.
No warranty
The site and guides are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using them.
